Because WAV AI provides digital access and generation credits immediately after purchase, purchases outside these eligibility rules are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Processing Refunds
- WAV AI reviews each request and will notify you of the result.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
- A processing fee may apply, capped at 6% of the initial payment.
