WAV AI provides tools that help users create music, lyrics, soundtracks, music videos, and related creative assets. The service may include tools to generate AI music, download audio in multiple formats, edit generated works, and use outputs personally or commercially according to the license associated with your plan.

We may change, improve, add, or remove features over time.

3. Account Registration

4. Subscription and Payment

• WAV AI may offer free and paid plans.
• Paid plans may renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis.
• You can cancel a paid plan from your account dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect after the current billing period.
• Payments are handled by payment providers. WAV AI does not store full payment card details.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Refunds are generally unavailable after digital access is provided, except where the refund eligibility rules are met or where required by law.

6. Licensing and Ownership

Generated music and creative outputs may be used personally or commercially according to the plan and license terms available when you create or download the output.

• You may publish, distribute, monetize, edit, or otherwise use eligible generated outputs.
• WAV AI retains ownership of its website, platform, product design, systems, branding, and underlying service infrastructure.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and outputs comply with law and do not violate third-party rights.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use WAV AI to:

• Create or share illegal, hateful, abusive, or offensive material.
• Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Disrupt systems, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform security.
• Commit fraud, impersonation, deceptive conduct, or other unlawful activity.

Violations may lead to content removal, account suspension, or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

WAV AI's website content, branding, code, design, trademarks, logos, and product materials belong to WAV AI or its licensors. They may not be copied, modified, redistributed, or used without written approval except as allowed by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

WAV AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, WAV AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost data, revenue, profits, or opportunities.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, fraud or abuse is detected, or legal or regulatory action requires it. After termination, access to the service ends immediately. Content generated before termination remains subject to the license that applied when it was created.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes may be handled by binding arbitration or by courts in the applicable jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise.
